Brutal Crossfit WODs

Hey there!

As you already know, CrossFit is a high-intensity strength and conditioning training system based on constantly varied functional movements. Because of this variety, there are endless WODs (Workouts of the Day) — one of the sport’s main goals is to keep every session fresh and different. Each WOD can be classified based on its focus: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, weightlifting, or a combination of different elements. And while the possibilities are limitless, today we’re bringing you 10 of the most brutal crossfit WODs in history — the ones that challenge even the toughest athletes. 💥

Let’s dive in! 👇
